The AotW for October 19th-25th is Alex Dent of Hurricane High School. Alex wins her AotW by virtue of her winning performance at the Region IV meet. This is the fourth consecutive year that Ms. Dent has won this meet. Alex beat her closest challenger by 46 seconds and now has her eye on that elusive individual State Championship. Best of luck to her, and all the rest of the qualifiers, at the State Meet this weekend.
