The AotW for August 11th-17th is David Caldwell of South Charleston High School. According to the message board, David ran 16:12 at the Thomas Memorial Hospitals 5K. If the early-August performances are any indication, it'll take sub-16 to win AAA boys this year. Congrats to Hurricane's Alex Dent for running 19:17 in the same race.
